AKC Canine Good Citizen (CGC) Prep $200 | 5 weeks | 1 hour

This class will prepare you and your dog to take the American Kennel Club’s Canine Good Citizen Test (AKC CGC). This test is a great first step in working towards a therapy dog certification and is sometimes helpful when looking to rent with a dog. The cost of the test is included in the class fee and will take place during the fifth week of the course.

Therapy Dog $250 | 6 weeks

Pre-requisite: AKC Canine Good Citizen

Therapy Dog Class is designed for handlers and their dogs who would like to be a certified therapy dog team!

This class will cover:

• What makes a good therapy dog team
• Canine body language (stress signals)
• Proper equipment and supplies
• Handler role in therapy dog team
• Cues and skills needed to pass the therapy dog test

The class cost includes testing through the K9to5 National Therapy Dog Registry at two separate facilities.

Tricks 1 / Tricks 2 / Tricks 3 $175

Want to have some fun? Tricks class is a great way to strengthen the communication skills between you and your dog while also learning some fun cues! This class is a fun, easy pairing of mental enrichment and physical exercise! We encourage dogs to take the AKC Trick Dog Test after completing the class.
