About Dog On It Training & Grooming
Dog On It’s trainers are dedicated to helping owners have better behaved dogs by using humane, reward-based methods that are backed by science and making sure that no dog is harmed, physically or mentally, in the process.
Our Fear Free certified groomers always have your pet’s best interests in mind. Dog On It’s staff members are trained to recognize stress signals given by pets that may go unnoticed normally, so we can help your pet have as close to a stress free grooming experience as possible.

Tiana O’Neill Owner
At a very early age, Tiana knew her goal in life would be to have a career working with animals. By the age of 12 she was pet sitting for friends and family and by the age of 16 she began working at a pet store. She enjoyed working in pet retail but wanted to explore other career paths in the pet industry. Over the years she has worked at dog daycares, grooming facilities, and veterinary clinics, developing a strong understanding of the industry as a whole and the best and most ethical ways to provide services for our pets. With her experience in hand and her husband’s decision to join the United States Coast Guard Reserves, she opened her own specialty pet supply store called Garden City Pet in her hometown of Augusta, GA in December 2016. Ready for the next step, she is excited to join Lia in opening a one of a kind grooming salon and training studio geared towards an ethical approach backed by science.

Straight out of high school she worked as a veterinarian technician for 8 years while volunteering at local shelters, farms, and reptile rescue sanctuaries. During her free time she enjoys being outdoors, traveling, teaching yoga, and living vicariously through friends pets (only for now). She is also trained in Adaptive Yoga Therapy for all special populations which has led to broadening her horizons to explore the world even more. Brittney loves to seek out adventure whether it be rock climbing, yoga, hiking, Acro/Cirque arts, and even skydiving across the globe. She even possesses some hidden Barista skills to add to her repertoire. Her goal is to become a traveling cirque and trainer for service animals in various therapies across the world while seeking refuge in her mobile tiny home with her own animal companions!
